Bernhard Kressin

Bernhard Kressin founded Kressin.consulting in 2010. As an expert in corporate innovation, strategy, and systemic management consulting, he focuses on supporting organizations through complex change processes with the goal of effectively and sustainably increasing their value. Prior to 2010, he worked in various roles, including line management, personnel management, and most recently as a bank manager in the executive board of a bank, with diverse responsibilities.

As an employee and entrepreneur, he initiated and oversaw numerous complex organizational changes in both the private and public sectors, acting as a decision-maker and consultant. These included strategic processes, extensive realignments and restructurings, as well as mergers of medium-sized businesses and corporations. Through this experience, he became increasingly convinced that the best possible solutions arise from a combination of sound economic data and professional change management. He believes the key to success lies in considering the perspectives of strategy, structure, and culture, as well as taking into account psychological factors and involving employees and managers in shaping the change process.

Areas of consultation:

  • the effective transformation and qualification of leadership and management,
  • the potentially necessary sustainable implementation of changes in the impact triangle of strategy – structure/processes – communication/organizational culture,
  • the sustainable change of behavioral patterns with a clear content-related connection to the business as well as
  • Executive coaching of management bodies such as executive boards/management committees and their individual members in organizations.
